We’re seeking a Staff Accounting Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and guide a team responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable financial data across the organization.

- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and association accounting activities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting packets, including budgeting and forecasting
- Reconcile bank accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items
- Manage month-end processes, including billing and account transfers for associations
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of staff accountants to ensure accuracy and productivity
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial operations
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Several years of progressive accounting experience, with prior supervisory or senior accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and lead in a fast-paced environment
