- Prepare financial packets for accounting leadership and association managers
- Research discrepancies and identify resolutions for uncleared transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records while following established accounting procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1+ year of accounting experience in public accounting or industry
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
- Understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy while balancing multiple priorities
- CPA candidate or interest in pursuing CPA credentials is a plus
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
