We’re looking for a Resident Services Coordinator who can manage details without losing sight of the big picture, juggle a busy inbox without breaking a sweat, and turn even a frustrated caller into a satisfied one.

- Be the first line of communication for residents - responding to phone calls, emails, and formal requests with professionalism and care
- Handle day-to-day processes like community mailers, document tracking, portal updates, and key fob management
- Support property managers by processing forms, maintaining rosters, and distributing communication to residents
- Enter, track, and update critical resident data to ensure accurate and timely service
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, from assisting with annual meeting prep to managing application paperworkRepresent CPS with confidence and compassion, even when challenges arise
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (prior customer service experience is a big plus)
- Bring a professional, clear, and friendly communication style, both in writing and over the phone
- Can stay calm and solution-focused in de-escalating customer challenges
- Are tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Take pride in your attention to detail, and feel confident managing multiple tasks at once
