- Oversee daily maintenance, compliance, and grounds operations, ensuring timely resolution of work orders and quality service delivery
- Monitor financial performance, keeping labor costs within target margins and managing projects from bid to completion within budget
- Develop and coach a high-performing team, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and coordinating ongoing training programs
- Streamline billing and backend processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities that add value
- Align maintenance strategies with company goals, contributing to broader operational planning and success
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably across condominiums, HOAs, or multi-property portfolios
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage large-scale property maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, grounds operations, and industry best practices
- Experience in budget creation, financial analysis, and market trend evaluation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ohio
- Knowledge of CAI standards and relevant maintenance certifications are a plus
