In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee maintenance, compliance, and grounds operations across a portfolio of communities - while mentoring a skilled team and partnering closely with clients and internal departments to ensure excellence.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily maintenance, compliance, and grounds operations, ensuring timely resolution of work orders and quality service delivery
Monitor financial performance, keeping labor costs within target margins and managing projects from bid to completion within budget
Develop and coach a high-performing team, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and coordinating ongoing training programs
Streamline billing and backend processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities that add value
Align maintenance strategies with company goals, contributing to broader operational planning and success

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
7+ years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably across condominiums, HOAs, or multi-property portfolios
Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage large-scale property maintenance operations
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, grounds operations, and industry best practices
Experience in budget creation, financial analysis, and market trend evaluation
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office tools
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ohio
Knowledge of CAI standards and relevant maintenance certifications are a plus
