In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee maintenance, compliance, and grounds operations across a portfolio of communities - while mentoring a skilled team and partnering closely with clients and internal departments to ensure excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily maintenance, compliance, and grounds operations, ensuring timely resolution of work orders and quality service delivery
  • Monitor financial performance, keeping labor costs within target margins and managing projects from bid to completion within budget
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and coordinating ongoing training programs
  • Streamline billing and backend processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities that add value
  • Align maintenance strategies with company goals, contributing to broader operational planning and success
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably across condominiums, HOAs, or multi-property portfolios
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage large-scale property maintenance operations
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, grounds operations, and industry best practices
  • Experience in budget creation, financial analysis, and market trend evaluation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ohio
  • Knowledge of CAI standards and relevant maintenance certifications are a plus
